The Lion Den is an ethnomusicology film about the Chee Seng Kong Lion Dance Troupe. It was produced for the class “Art and Ethnography” led by Professor Diana Chester in Yale-NUS College. I worked with Rachel Quek, a documentary film-maker, to attempt to capture the sights and sounds of this unique community.
